2. Returns

www.eobattery.com's policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product(s) to us within 30 days. We will refund the full product price minus shipping costs. Furthermore, most of our products carry a one year warranty (from original date of purchase) against defects in material and workmanship. 3. Selection

It is www.eobattery.com's goal to have the largest selection of batteries and portable accessories anywhere. If you can't find a product, let us know. Tell us the device manufacturer and model number, and any part numbers on the accessory itself. We'll make every effort to locate it for you.

Virtually all of the products listed on our web site are in stock and ready to ship to you.

4. Finding the Right Item

Finding the product you're looking for couldn't be easier. We provide you with two convenient methods to quickly locate the right battery, adapter or battery charger for your portable device: Search and Browse.

Search
Our search engine lets you search by any combination of product names and part numbers. Simply type in the manufacturer name, model of your device or part number from your existing power product. Our powerful search engine will give you a list of all of the matches from our extensive product database.

Here are some examples:

• Searching by Manufacturer Name: Type "IBM" to show all notebooks and other devices made by IBM. You can then select a specific device from the list (for example, Thinkpad 560) to show all peripherals (batteries, AC adapters, etc) for that device.
   
  You can also type any part of the name to get the same result.
• Searching by Model Name: Type "Thinkpad 560" to see all peripherals available for the Thinkpad 560. You can also type any part of the model name, such as "560" or "Think" for a broader search. Entering "560" will find the IBM Thinkpad 560 and any other device that has 560 as part of its model number. Entering "Think" will find all Thinkpad models and any other device that has "Think" as part of its model name.
• Searching by the Part Number: Entering IBM battery part number "60G0423" will display that specific IBM battery. You can search using any part numbers you have available: AC adapter part numbers, battery part numbers, even the computer or device part number. You can also enter any portion of the part number to do a broader search.

Once you've located the item you're looking for click on the "Add" button to add the product to your order or click on the "Details" link to get more extensive product information and an image of the product.

If you want to change the quantity of an item you've already added to your order, type the new quantity into the quantity field and then click on "Update" to update your totals.

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button in Your Cart.

www.eobattery.com is divided into five main sections, based on the type of device you wish to purchase an accessory for:

• Laptops - Look in this category for batteries, adapters and battery chargers for laptops.
• Camcorders - Browse this category if you're looking for camcorder batteries and battery chargers.
• Digital Cameras - A full selection of batteries and battery chargers for digital cameras.
• Cellular Phones - This category offers batteries, adapters and chargers for cellular phones.
• Cordless Phones - Batteries for thousands of models of cordless phones.

Select the type of device you want to purchase accessories for and then choose a manufacturer name from the corresponding list. A list of models (that are associated with the manufacturer name you chose) will appear; choose the model that you're looking for and our search engine will display all of the applicable products.

For example:

1. Select "Laptops" from the Browse list. A list of laptop manufacturers will appear.
2. Select a laptop manufacturer (for example, select IBM). A list of laptop models made by IBM will appear.
3. From the list of models, select Thinkpad 560. A list of peripherals for the Thinkpad 560 will appear (batteries, AC adapters, etc). Select the appropriate item from the list and the product information will appear.

Once you've located the item you're looking for click on the "Add" button to add the product to your order or click on the "Details" link to get more extensive product information and an image of the product.

If you want to change the quantity of an item you've already added to your order, go to the Order Box which is at the top of your screen. Type the new quantity into the space next to the item (where the current quantity ordered is) and then click on the "I changed the quantities" button inside the Order Box to update your totals.

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button inside the Order Box.

5. Pricing

We offer consistently low prices on our entire inventory of batteries and accessories. On average, you'll save between 20-40% off of regular retail prices!

The total amount of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping costs (which will be displayed at the time you place your order). Only California residents pay sales tax.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

6. Rebuilds

Our mission is to provide you with a brand new battery for your device. In rare instances, however, new batteries are simply not available. In most of these cases, we can rebuild your existing battery (providing it is no longer functional). These batteries will be designated as "rebuilds" in our catalog (and are denoted using an "RB-xxxx" part number). In order for us to rebuild your battery, you must send it in to us. We carefully open the plastic casing of your old battery and install a new cell-pack inside. The plastic casing is then re-sealed. In effect, you then have a new battery inside the old plastic casing. A rebuilt battery is guaranteed to meet or exceed the original manufacturer power specifications and comes with a one year warranty. The turn-around time for rebuilds is generally one to two weeks. Please be advised that Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) cannot be rebuilt. Please check the chemistry of your battery to confirm that it is either Nickel Cadmium (NiCad) or Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) prior to sending it in. The battery chemistry is generally noted on the battery label.

Make sure you include your name, daytime phone number and e-mail address along with the battery. We will contact you upon receipt of the battery in order to arrange billing.

To check the price of a specific battery rebuild, use our search engine to locate your device, or search by the battery's part number. A rebuild part number will appear along with a corresponding price.

7. Shipping and Delivery Times

www.eobattery.com is proud to offer various shipping options to ensure you get your power products as soon as you need them. We offer Super Saver shipping for a low price and depending on your location, delivery may take one to two weeks from the date of shipment. If you need an item delivered faster, select Ground, Three Day, Second Day or Next Day delivery when you're placing your order. The amount of freight will automatically be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary depending on the package weight and the shipping method you've selected.

To determine when your order will arrive you must consider the availability of the item and the shipping option you've selected. Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day if the order is placed before 2:30PM Pacific Time, or on the next business day if the order is placed after 2:30PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping times vary by shipping method:
(Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.)

• Super Saver Shipping - Your order will be delivered within seven to 14 business days. (tracking available)
• UPS Ground - Your order will be delivered within four to seven business days. (tracking available)
• 3 Day Delivery - Your order will be delivered within three business days. (tracking available)
• 2 Day Delivery - Your order will be delivered within two business days. (tracking available)
• Next Day Delivery - Your order will be delivered on the next business day before 5:00 P.M. (tracking available)

If the actual shipping time ends up being longer than that guaranteed by the shipping method you've chosen, the freight amount will be refunded to you. Simply let us know. E-mail us with your user name, order number and the date the package was delivered.

In rare cases the item you've ordered will not be in stock. Our system will automatically notify you if this is the case and ask you if you still wish to place the order. If you decide to place the order, you will then be notified by e-mail as to the exact delivery date. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is available. If you've placed an order for several items and not all of them are in stock, you can choose the "Ship Complete" option to ship everything together (thereby reducing the freight costs) once the backordered item is available. Backordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

International Shipments

www.eobattery.com is pleased to service international customers and provides an international shipping option. Shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority and take approximately 16-20 business days for delivery of in-stock items. Shipping costs can be calculated by entering the delivery address after all items have been placed in the shopping cart. You can also contact our customer service department with additional questions regarding international shipments at info@ebatts.com. Please note, Super Saver shipping is not applicable on international shipments.

8. Security Guarantee

Shopping online at www.eobattery.com is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. In fact, due to our secure server SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology, shopping online with us is much safer than using your credit card at a regular store or restaurant.

Our secure server software encrypts all of the information that you give, ensuring that your transactions with us stay private and secure. Every purchase you make at www.eobattery.com is backed by our security guarantee - if any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your purchases with us, notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own, the credit card provider finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your liability, www.eobattery.com will reimburse you for the remaining liability up to a maximum of US $50.00. This guarantee applies to credit card purchases made using www.eobattery.com's secure server.

 9. Placing an Order

Ordering at www.eobattery.com is fast and easy. Simply let our system lead you through the ordering process. Once you've located the item you're looking for, follow the steps below:

1. To add a battery, AC adapter or other item to your order, click on the "Add" button found next to the item. If you wish to order a larger quantity, change the quantity in the box next to the "Add" button, and then click "Add".
   The item you've selected will be displayed in Your Cart at the top of the screen, along with the quantity ordered and the price.
2. If you want to change the quantity of an item that you've already added to your order, type the new quantity into the quantity field and then click "Update" to update your totals.
3. When you're finished shopping, click the on the "Checkout" button in Your Cart.
4. Fill out the online order form. Make sure you write down your user name and password (this will make your future orders fast and easy and also make it possible for you to track your current order). Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards (see our security guarantee).
5. Your order is now complete. www.eobattery.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.

10. Tracking Your Order

In order to track an order you've already placed, click on "Track Your Orders". Type in your user name and password, and select the order you wish to track. If the order has already shipped, you can click on "Track It" to automatically track your order through UPS or FedEx. This will give you real-time, up to the minute order status.
